What is a RateTrack report?
A RateTrack report is a customized, loan specific, customer-specific refinance report.
The report consists of six refinance options and is based on the current balance, monthly payment and amortization schedule for your current loan. The report shows adjustable rate options, interest only options, a 30 year fixed rate, a 15 year fixed rate and even a "no closing-cost" option.
If your myRateTrack.com account is offered to you through one of the mRT professionals, your report is customized with your loan professional's closing costs and available interest rates.
